I’ve been studying Kundalini Yoga off and on since Jan. 2003. I took some time off and got back into it in Feb. 2007 when I was introduced to a yoga system called Shake Your Shakti (which I now teach, thank you, Megan). This got me back into the practice of Shake Your Shakti and Kundalini Yoga which I now practice almost daily. I was washing my hands on Oct. 9, 2007, and my guides and angels told me they were going to gift me with Yoga Reiki. The next morning I accepted the attunement and was gifted with two functions of Yoga Reiki level I. That night after an amazing yoga session where I used those functions, I channeled 6 more functions. It is a glorious system that I am so grateful for.
